Applying human insight
to better connect
businesses, brands
& people.
Because the stronger the connection the more
powerful the change.
Why filament?
The name comes from the Latin noun
filamentum meaning a thread that's spun.
When we make a positive connection,
we stimulate the part of the brain
that triggers curiosity, exploration,
a desire for the new.
We literally light up & our energy changes.
As a brand, business, leader or team
don't miss out on creating this energy
to improve your effectiveness.
Communication is merely
an exchange of information
but connection is an
exchange of our humanity
Sean Stephenson

Exploring leadership
What is 'enlightened' leadership?
Why is leadership a social contract?
And why should we think small to lead more effectively?
From opposite sides of the world, and offering their own perspectives on contemporary leadership, Murray and his sister Julia Streets (CEO and Founder of Streets Consulting) explore what it takes to lead in periods of significant change.
